Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product is defective or damaged upon delivery
• Product is not as described

Customers must report any issues within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

Returned items must be:

• In original condition
• With original packaging
• With invoice or proof of purchase

Products that are physically damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors are not eligible for return or warranty.
